VAWG Event (Violence against Women & girls)

Dear Residents,

Today we attended a VAWG (Violence Against Women & Girls) community engagement event at White Post Lane, E9 5EN, between 1:00PM and 2:00PM.

This event was aimed at raising awareness around violence against women and girls, promoting personal safety, and building trust within the community. During the event, we spoke with residents, provided guidance on how to recognise and report concerns, and shared information about available support services and local resources.

We also used this opportunity to listen to any issues raised by the community and offer reassurance regarding ongoing policing activity in the area.

We will continue to engage with residents and carry out reassurance patrols to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the community.
